She is an independent international consultant and trainer with 15 years of experience in project management, organizational development and process optimization consulting. She has worked in France and Germany in telecommunications, mechanical engineering and facility management.

Thanks to her expertise and 3 languages: French, German and English, she is a reference in facilitating collaborative workshops and training courses for international teams.

Her mission is to help teams solve problems, make decisions and align on objectives – better, faster and together.

She guides teams to unleash their superpowers.
